Grand Aras Hotel & Suites

The rooms were expansive and immaculate, adorned with contemporary and pristine furniture. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. A special thanks to Mr. "Kaan" for his friendly and helpful attitude; he graciously upgraded us from a deluxe double room to a one-bedroom apartment. This gesture made our stay at the hotel truly exceptional. Thank you once again, Kaan. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

I had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and I especially want to mention Remi and Ahmet at the front desk — they were kind and helpful. I’d also like to thank Rana and Nergis from the cleaning staff. I really appreciated the care they took in keeping the room clean and comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel had a relaxed atmosphere, the room was clean and cozy, and the location was very convenient. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Aras Hotel! The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for the price. What truly stood out were the people who work there. Rola and Hassan were incredibly nice, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warm and professional demeanor made my experience even better. Excellent location in the middle of essential services and a few steps away from the most beautiful mall in Istanbul, restaurants are nearby and everything is available.

The location is great, near metro station, with good conection to different parts of the city. The room / suite was cosy, spacious, with two bathrooms, very comfortable and without noise. The staff was really nice, the receptionist Kaan was helpful and efficent!!
