The rooms were expansive and immaculate, adorned with contemporary and pristine furniture. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and meticulously maintained. A special thanks to Mr. "Kaan" for his friendly and helpful attitude; he graciously upgraded us from a deluxe double room to a one-bedroom apartment. This gesture made our stay at the hotel truly exceptional. Thank you once again, Kaan. I look forward to staying at this hotel again in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Aras Hotel! The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent value for the price. What truly stood out were the people who work there. The friendly and helpful staff. The cleaners Ramziya and Shukriya were great. They did a good job cleaning our room in a short time and left it clean and fragrant.

Very safe for family. Decent staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean. Spacious room & toilet. 5 minutes walk to Cevahir Shopping Centre & metro & subway. Next to two local small restaurants with good breakfast & other meals. MC Donald's is just around the corner.

Location excellent Staff expert and cooperative especially Mr. Hasan & Mrs. Elinaz. They have really great welcoming and fantastic cooperative to visitors. Breakfast is fantastic. I would like to thank again Mr. Hasan for his beautiful Ethics and patient with visitors needs.

The property is excellent and convenient with very central location as well as very close with short walking distance to Javaher Mall with many restaurants/coffee shops and shops around the property. I highly recommend this property to tourist including families who visit for shopping purpose as you can do all your shopping from one stop in Javaher Mall as well as with many restaurants options for eating. I would like to thanks all staff team for their support especially Mr. Hassan front Office Manager who offered us staying after check out time and also the trolley boy for his excellent support throughout as I do not remember his name and also the room service team for their excellent cleaning and support. The property is worth value for money as well as very clean and comfortable.
